*The Zupps Mt Gravatt $5,000 Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organised by Zupps Mt Gravatt (Southside Honda, Southside GMSV, Zupps Mt Gravatt Mitsubishi, Zupps Mt Gravatt Subaru, Zupps Mt Gravatt Kia, and Zupps Mt Gravatt Suzuki dealerships). The Promotion commences at 9:00 AM AEST on 22nd May 2024 and concludes at 5:00 PM AEST on 30th June 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, and their immediate families of Zupps Mt Gravatt and its associated dealerships are not eligible to enter. To enter the Promotion, participants must purchase a new vehicle from any Zupps Mt Gravatt dealership (Southside Honda, Southside GMSV, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Kia, or Suzuki) during the Promotion Period between 22/05/2024 and 30/06/2024. The vehicle must be delivered to the purchaser before 5:00 PM AEST on 30th June 2024. One winner will receive a $5,000 cash prize (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on 19th July 2024 at Zupps Mt Gravatt. The winner will be notified via phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner must claim the Prize by 5:00 PM AEST on 24th July 2024. If the Prize is not claimed by this date, a redraw will take place at 12:00 PM AEST on 26th July 2024 at the same location. By entering the Promotion, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities or material, without additional compensation or prior notice, as reasonably requested by Zupps Mt Gravatt. Zupps Mt Gravatt reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Zupps Mt Gravatt is not responsible for any technical malfunction or failure which may result in any entry being lost or not properly recorded. In the event of any dispute, Zupps Mt Gravatt’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Deliveries of vehicles may be subject to shipping or such other delays, outside the Promoter’s control. The Promoter and any related parties will not be liable in any way whatsoever for such delays, including if a delay results in an Entrant being unable to comply with the Entry Procedure and therefore the entry being invalid.
