1. This competition is conducted by Zupps Aspley PTY. LTD.
2. To enter you must be over the age of 18, had your car serviced at Zupps Aspley and complete the manufacturer survey sent after the service was completed.
3. The prize is a refund of the service back into the account in which the service was paid for.
4. Refund of service may not include entire invoice, only the cost of the vehicles service.
5. This competition starts on the 1st of January, 2023 and end on the 31st of December 2023.
6. Winners will be contacted within the first week of every month via phone or email listed on service invoice.
7. 1 winner will be drawn every month across all Zupps Aspley brands.
8. If Winners do not respond within 1 week the dealership reserves the right to pick another winner or forfeit the prize for that month.

Weekend Getaway is to the value of $958. To enter the competition an entrant must complete a test drive before the 28th of February of either the all-new QASHQAI, X-TRAIL, Pathfinder or Z. Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm, 28th of February, 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Zupps Aspley Nissan. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Winner will be drawn at random at 1454 Gympie Rd, Aspley on 1st of March, 2023. The winner will be notified by phone or email three days after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
